How to contact us for support

  • Please describe:
    • the name of the product
    • the version of your Windows OS, ie, Windows 10, 11, etc.
    • the nature of the issue or state your question
  • If it is regarding a product feature, please provide steps for reproducing the issue related to that feature
  • If the issue is related to a file, for instance, a design file, please consider attaching the file to your email
  • Our support team read and review all emails and will contact you as soon as we can

How to upload files

If you encounter an issue requiring our support team’s analysis, and you possess a file related to the problem, please consider sharing it with us when you reach out for assistance. For files under 10 MB, you can conveniently send them as email attachments. However, if the file exceeds this size limit, we strongly recommend using alternative methods to ensure a smooth transfer. Email service providers often impose attachment size limits, potentially obstructing your emails from reaching us.

Methods for Sharing Files Over 10 MB:

Privacy Assurance: Rest assured, we hold your privacy and confidentiality in high regard. Our commitment to data security means that any information, including file attachments, data, or knowledge shared with us, remains confidential and private. Importantly, we do not retain copies of any files or data voluntarily shared with us once the associated support case concludes.
