How to Upload Files

If your issue requires file analysis by our support team, please consider sharing relevant files when you reach out for assistance.

For files under 10 MB, you can attach them directly to your email.

For files over 10 MB, we recommend using one of these file-sharing services to ensure successful transfer, as email attachments above this size may not reach us due to email provider limits:
